On your mark, get set, go!

So today is the day I start being healthier. What does that mean to me??? A lot of things.
  1. I will run everyday (of course taking a day off every week).
  2. I will drink a butt load of water. 
  3. I will eat better.  This means no fried food and sweets. ( I believe I ate my year in fried foods and sweets yesterday. Ugh.)
  4. My mental state. 
I can do this and I will do this.  I am doing this for me and for my family.  My kiddos watch what I do and will imitate me.  My 3 year old is already starting to.  Yikes.  Anyways, I plan on taking a "starting" picture today and I will post it later today.  This is my motivation to stay on my plan.  I WILL lose the weight and become healthier.
